Notes.
1. This chapter does not cover:

     (a) Products of the Kinds described in headings 02.01 to 02.08 or 02.10, unfit or unsuitable for human consumption;
     (b) Guts, bladders or Stomachs of animals (heading 05.04) or animal Blood (heading 05.11 or 30.02); or
     (c) Animal fat, other than products of heading 02.09 (Chapter 15).

Explanatory remarks to Chapter 2

1. The importation and exportation of products covered by this chapter are subject to the observance of article 7 of the veterinary law approved in 1971.
2. The importation of products of this chapter, which are prepared form the meat of religiously banned animls or of religiously allowed animals but slaughtered according to non-islamic rules is prohibited.
3. The importation and exportation of wild animal and bird products covered by this chapter are subject to the approval of the environment protection organization.
4. The importation of products of subheading 02031100 to 02032900 and 02063000 to 02064900 and 02101100 to 02101900 is prohibited.
5- The Importation of Products of Subheading 02071420, 02071430, 02072600, 02072710, 02072790, 02099000 with The Previous outhorization of Ministry of Agriculture - Jahad.
