Automatic Renewal of Business Cards Under Emergency Conditions
The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has instructed the automatic renewal of business (trade) cards that fall due for renewal during the current emergency conditions, without requiring the usual inquiries.

The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has instructed that business (trade) cards due for renewal continue to be renewed automatically while the country’s current emergency conditions remain in effect, without requiring the standard renewal inquiries.
The directive follows earlier correspondence on the same subject and refers to the provisions of a letter from the Supreme Council of National Security. It updates and continues a renewal arrangement first put in place for business cards whose validity began to expire from the start of the eleventh month of the Iranian calendar year, extending the automatic renewal process through the third month of the next Iranian year.
Under the directive, provincial trade and industry offices are instructed to ensure that all affected business cards are renewed automatically and without the usual verification inquiries for as long as the emergency conditions persist. Cardholders whose business cards fall within the specified renewal window do not need to submit a separate renewal request or undergo the standard inquiry procedure during this period.
The measure is aimed at preventing disruption to registered traders’ ability to operate, including order registration activity, while the emergency conditions affecting normal administrative processing remain in place. Businesses should continue to monitor their business card status and watch for further notices from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade regarding the end of the emergency arrangement and the resumption of standard renewal procedures.
