Percentage Clearance Deadline Extension Confirmed for Bahman 1404

The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, through the Trade Promotion Organization’s Export and Import Regulations Office, issued a further notice to Iran Customs’ Import Office confirming that the percentage clearance deadline has been extended through the end of Bahman 1404 (mid-February 2026).

This notice carries the same document number and content as the Ministry’s earlier percentage clearance extension circular, based on confidential circular No. 9800/16332/404 of Iran Customs’ Import Office concerning the extension of the percentage clearance deadline under resolution No. 15/1 of the Headquarters for Countering Trade Sanctions. It confirms that percentage clearance rules recorded in the Comprehensive Trade System have been updated so that percentage clearance remains available for goods subject to the percentage clearance procedure through the end of Bahman 1404.

Importers using the percentage clearance procedure for eligible goods should confirm with Iran Customs and the Comprehensive Trade System that the extension through the end of Bahman 1404 has been applied to their shipments.
