The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, through the Trade Promotion Organization’s Export and Import Regulations Office, has notified Iran Customs’ Import Office that the percentage clearance deadline has been extended through the end of Bahman 1404 (mid-February 2026).

The extension is based on confidential circular No. 9800/16332/404 of Iran Customs’ Import Office, dated the same date, concerning the extension of the percentage clearance deadline under resolution No. 15/1 of the Headquarters for Countering Trade Sanctions. Following this basis, the Trade Promotion Organization requested that percentage clearance rules recorded in the Comprehensive Trade System be updated so that percentage clearance remains available for goods subject to the percentage clearance procedure through the end of Bahman 1404.

Importers using the percentage clearance procedure for eligible goods should note that the facility remains available through the end of Bahman 1404 and should confirm current terms with Iran Customs and the Comprehensive Trade System.
