Product ID Required for Six Automotive Tariff Codes

The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has made product ID (shenaseh kala) mandatory at order registration for six tariff codes handled by the Automotive, Motive Power and Transportation Industries Office, taking effect one month after publication in the laws and regulations database related to the business environment.

The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has made product ID (shenaseh kala) mandatory at order registration for six tariff codes handled by the Automotive, Motive Power and Transportation Industries Office, based on letter No. 5165192 from the Deputy for Logistics and Commercial Services.

In line with the bylaws implementing Articles 24 and 30 of the Law on Continuous Improvement of the Business Environment, the requirement becomes legally binding one month after its publication in the laws and regulations database related to the business environment (qavanin.ir).

Importers of goods under the six affected tariff codes should ensure a valid product ID is registered before submitting order registration requests once the requirement takes effect.
