Ring Sepehr Noor Niriz Tariff Codes Added to Clearance List

Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has added a group of tariff codes to the percentage clearance list, covering parts, components, and production inputs used by the manufacturing unit of Ring Sepehr Noor Niriz factories.

The addition follows a request from the company describing the tariff codes needed for its production line, which the Ministry’s Machinery and Equipment Industries Deputy forwarded to the Trade Development Organization. The items covered include machine tooling and components such as aluminum ring separators, centralized machining equipment, small tips and pen-like objects for tools and cermet-based instruments, automatic tap and die tools, silicone crucibles, adhesive molds, aluminum wire, silicon metal, furnaces, transformers rated above 375 kVA and up to 1,500 kVA, centrifugal machines and centrifugal dryers, and measuring machines, among other listed items. The Export and Import Regulations Office confirmed the additions and forwarded the decision to Iran Customs for implementation.

Under the decision, the listed tariff codes will be subject to percentage clearance, in compliance with other relevant rules and regulations, until the end of the Iranian month of Aban 1404.

Importers acting on behalf of this manufacturing unit should confirm that their shipments correspond to the approved tariff codes and coordinate with customs to apply the percentage clearance mechanism within the stated validity period.
