Six Tariff Codes Added to Percentage Clearance List

The General Industries Deputy of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has approved the addition of six tariff codes to the percentage clearance list, and the Export and Import Regulations Office of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran has notified Iran Customs accordingly. The tariff codes added are 2903.4600, 2921.3020, 2909.6086, 3402.4190, 3402.4990, and 3707.10000.

The addition follows individual percentage clearance requests submitted by several companies, including Hamyar Tosee Samin Development Co. (tariff 2903.4600), Sadeghi Trading Group (tariff codes 2903.4600 and 2921.3020), Kian Zagros Fartak Co. (tariff 2909.6086), Pakshoo Industrial Group (tariff codes 3402.4190 and 3402.4990), and Karooz Co. (tariff 3707.10000). These tariff codes are now eligible for percentage clearance, subject to the rules and regulations that govern percentage clearance procedures, until the validity period of the relevant competent authority’s approval expires.

Customs offices and importers dealing with goods under these tariff codes should apply the percentage clearance procedure accordingly, in line with existing customs regulations, and should monitor the Comprehensive Trade System for confirmation of the entries.
