Supplementary VIN List for Used Trucks and Tractors From Turkey

Iran's Trade Promotion Organization has forwarded a supplementary list of 164 Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) for used trucks and road tractors, manufactured in 2019 or later and located in Turkey, that are eligible for clearance under the applicable Cabinet resolution through the end of fiscal year 1403.

Iran’s Trade Promotion Organization has forwarded to the Center for Innovation and Smart Systems and Security a supplementary list of 164 Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) covering used trucks and road tractors manufactured in 2019 or later and currently located in Turkey.

The list was communicated through the Secretary of the Cabinet, sealed with the official Cabinet Office seal, as an addendum under Note 1 of Cabinet Resolution No. 68508/54520 of June 25, 2025, which governs clearance of these vehicles. It supplements earlier lists issued under the same resolution, including a prior 36-item and 27-item supplementary list of VIN numbers for road tractors located in Turkey. The vehicles on this list are eligible for the clearance arrangement through the end of fiscal year 1403 (March 20, 2025).

The notice also confirms that a related separate regulation (No. 173612/64520 of December 22, 2025) has been revoked, and that vehicles matching the listed VIN numbers may proceed for clearance under the applicable Cabinet resolution, subject to the vehicles’ identification matching the officially communicated list exactly.

Importers and customs brokers handling clearance of used trucks and road tractors from Turkey under this arrangement should verify that the VIN of the specific vehicle in question appears on the officially communicated supplementary lists before proceeding with clearance.
