Supplementary VIN List for Used Trucks Located in Turkey

Iran's Trade Development Organization has forwarded to Iran Customs a supplementary list of Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) for used trucks and road tractors built in 2019 or later and located in Turkey, sealed by the Cabinet Office, under the note to Clause 1 of Cabinet Resolution No. 86508/T65207H, with order registration windows tied to each list's notification date.

Iran’s Trade Development Organization, through its Office of Export and Import Regulations, has forwarded to the Center for Innovation and Smart-Enablement and Security a supplementary list of Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) for used trucks and road tractors built in 2019 or later and located in Turkey. The list follows earlier correspondence (No. 621829 dated 1404/07/14) and an attached notification letter (No. 86508/T65207H, registered under No. 658076 dated 1404/08/27) from the Cabinet Office of the Government, implementing the note to Clause 1 of the underlying Cabinet resolution, and covers tractors built in 2019 or later located in Turkey through the end of 1403, sealed with the Cabinet Office’s stamp.

The organization noted that the validity period for order registration from this supplementary list is set at two months from the notification date (1404/08/26) through 1404/10/26. Separately, the validity period for order registration from the list attached to letter No. 621829 dated 1404/07/14 is set at two months from that list’s notification date by the Cabinet Office (1404/07/07) through 1404/9/7.

Copies of the notice were sent to the Deputy Minister and Head of the Trade Development Organization, the Deputy for Planning and Regulations, the Presidential Legal Deputy for codification, revision and publication of laws and regulations (for publication in the business-environment laws and regulations database per Article 30 of the Law on the Continuous Improvement of the Business Environment), and the Director General of Iran Customs’s Import Office, for awareness and necessary action.
