Tariff Code 3907.2920 Added to Percentage Clearance List

The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has added tariff code 3907.2920, covering polyether polyol, to the percentage clearance list, effective through the end of Aban 1404.

The Export and Import Regulations Office of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran has notified Iran Customs that tariff code 3907.2920 has been added to the percentage clearance list. The notice follows changes made in the 1404 tariff book and refers to a related code, 3907.2909 (described as “other”), which was already included on the percentage clearance list under the home ministry’s approval.

As a result, tariff code 3907.2920, described as polyether polyol, will be eligible for percentage clearance, subject to the rules and regulations that govern percentage clearance procedures, until the validity period of the relevant competent authority’s approval expires.
