Tariff Code 4411.1410 Added to Percentage Clearance List

The Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has added tariff code 4411.1410 to the percentage clearance list, effective through the end of Aban 1404 under the applicable regulatory approval.

The Export and Import Regulations Office of the Trade Promotion Organization of Iran has notified Iran Customs that tariff code 4411.1410 has been added to the percentage clearance list. The notice follows changes made in the 1404 tariff book and reflects that a related code, 4411.1401, was already included on the percentage clearance list under the home ministry’s approval.

As a result, tariff code 4411.1410 will be eligible for percentage clearance, subject to the rules and regulations that govern percentage clearance procedures, until the validity period of the relevant competent authority’s approval expires.

Customs offices and importers dealing with goods under this tariff code should apply the percentage clearance procedure accordingly, in line with existing customs regulations, and should monitor the Comprehensive Trade System for confirmation of the entry.
