Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, through the Export and Import Regulations Office of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, has notified Iran Customs that tariff code 84141090 has been added to the percentage clearance list, allowing goods under this classification to be released from customs ahead of full foreign currency allocation, subject to compliance with other applicable rules and regulations.

The addition follows a request from the Ministry’s Deputy for Machinery and Equipment Industries, which in turn was based on a request from Goldiran Industries Company regarding classification of its vacuum cleaner motor parts under tariff code 84141090. The company requested that the item be treated as vacuum cleaner components and parts and placed on the 90 percent clearance list, and the Deputy for Machinery and Equipment Industries instructed that the tariff code be added accordingly. The clearance arrangement remains valid until the end of Aban month 1404 (late November 2025).

Importers of goods classified under tariff code 84141090 should note that shipments under this code may now be processed through the percentage clearance mechanism, subject to the applicable conditions and the stated validity period.
