The Trade Development Organization’s Export and Import Regulations Office subsequently confirmed the addition and forwarded it to Iran Customs for implementation.

Under the decision, goods classified under tariff code 85444210 will be subject to percentage clearance, in compliance with other relevant rules and regulations, until the validity period set by the competent approving authority for this tariff code expires, which runs through the end of the Iranian month of Aban 1404.
