Tariff Codes 85011010 and 85011011 Added to Clearance List

Iran's Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has added tariff codes 85011010 and 85011011 to the percentage clearance list through the end of Aban 1404, following a request from Jam Saz Engineering Company.

Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, through the Export and Import Regulations Office of the Trade Development Organization of Iran, has notified Iran Customs that tariff codes 85011010 and 85011011 have been added to the percentage clearance list, allowing goods under these classifications to be released from customs ahead of full foreign currency allocation, subject to compliance with other applicable rules and regulations.

The addition follows a request from the Ministry’s Deputy for Machinery and Equipment Industries, which was based on a request from Jam Saz Industry and Production Engineering Company to add the two tariff codes to the percentage clearance list. The clearance arrangement remains valid until the end of Aban month 1404 (late November 2025).

Importers of goods classified under tariff codes 85011010 and 85011011 should note that shipments under these codes may now be processed through the percentage clearance mechanism, subject to the applicable conditions and the stated validity period.
