2% Additional Customs Duty on Toy Imports Under 1404 Budget Law

Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has issued a notice identifying the toy tariff codes subject to collection of a 2 percent additional customs duty on imports, as mandated under clause (m) of Note 1 of the 1404 (2025/2026) budget law. The affected tariff codes include the range from 95030011 through 95051000, as well as the eight-digit tariff codes falling under heading 9508.
