This kind of production and sale is a method that is used in the world, and customers also buy the goods with confidence in their favorite brand which has lots to do regarding the country that products are producing such as Iranian market, germane market and so on.
Given the fact that the Chinese industry is considered an energy consuming industry, how much did energy prices, especially gas, affect the price of products?
As energy carriers rise, the cost of production in Chinese units is rising. This will reduce our competitiveness of China as a Chinese kindergarten. Of course, we are not cheap energy advocators and we think as the fans of realizing energy prices. The prices of goods and services for marketing in Iran should be real. It does not matter whether it is a commodity of different types of currency or a basket of energy, water and electricity carriers. The realization of prices will make us compete, but this will require the creation of infrastructure in the economy that the eleventh state of the macroeconomic society has been rightly able to move towards the creation of this infrastructure. The price of a commodity such as gasoline is so cheap that some of it is smuggled from Iranian market to neighboring countries. The smugglers benefit from this. It seems that Iranian market also have to work hard on the factors of production and change the method by modifying some economic laws and eliminating disturbing regulations in favor of production.
What is the problem with the Chinese industry in terms of reducing the income of Iranian families?
Like many home appliance industries, the industry has suffered from stagnation in recent years, and fewer people have come to buy Chinese dishes in Iranian market. In such a situation, warehouses of Chinese manufacturers of saturated products will be saturated and produce less-productive production lines. In general, the situation in previous years has led to the closure of almost 60% of the production units of all types of Chinese dishes out of Iranian market, which are often small units with low quality products, but larger units which are producing higher quality products are continue working for marketing in Iran.
How many Chinese dishes are produced annually in Iranian market for marketing in Iran or global marketing?
Per capita annual demand from Iranians for Chinese dishes is high, and manufacturers in Iranian market can easily respond to this demand. The active factories in this area annually produce 50,000 tons of Chinese dishes during the current recession, which is actually very small; compared to China's million tons of products. Therefore, if we expand exporting out of Iranian market, we have a very small share of the world market, because a country like China with a huge amount of its products will compete in this commodity for manufacturers in the world and it does not easily allow manufacturers from other countries to enter their markets. To be as we managed to compete with imported Chinese products in the interior, we have done a lot of work. In such a situation, it would be better if the policymaker does not allow the easy entry of Chinese containers into Iranian market with or without advertising for marketing in Iran in order to provide real support to the producers of the Iranian Chinese industry with the tariff tool. Our Chinese industry has a history for itself and most of the Chinese container manufacturing units have been created since the revolution and have been able to market the latest technologies that are of the highest quality and attract the attention of Iranian customers. In such a situation, policymakers need to eliminate domestic problems that are affecting the business of Iranian producers and do not allow large producers of the world to drown our products in the flood of their imports.
Is the Chinese industry damaged by smuggling in Iranian market?
It seems that a commodity like China, which has high shipping risks and is considered as a breakthrough, has a very small share of smuggling. Of course, we do not have accurate statistics on smuggling, but we believe it would be better not to have smugglers. Smuggling is not just about the commodity that comes to the country through the colonies, but there are some official smugglers in the country that the government must prevent them from entering their goods by circumventing law and misplaced interpretations over Iranian market. There is corruption that requires serious struggle, and it seems that part of society is also infected with this corruption. But for the Chinese industry, we do not have much problem with smuggling goods, but we are worried that the Ministry of Industry will not use the tariff tools on time and the Chinese industry will also be hit by China.
What are the major players in the Chinese industry in the world?
China is the birthplace of the Chinese industry, and the Chinese word came from China, although the word tile in Persian language is mostly attributed to Kashan, because there were pottery and tiling thousands of years ago. So the first word in this industry is China, which has plenty of raw materials, and with cheap labor, it has been able to bring a low-cost product into the Iranian market. The Chinese industry is very laborious and cheap laborer, especially in China, is abundant. They have a lot of cheap labor and raw materials, and we cannot compete with them due to the poor mineral resources needed and the cost of labor more than China. Our only winning sheet is the enormous, almost inexpensive and available energy that has given us the power to compete with Chinese manufacturers. If we can take urgent measures in the area of reforming the structure of disturbing laws and removing contradictory laws from the state of affairs, we will be able to maintain our competitive ability with the Chinese and sell the products of the Iranian artist. In terms of our global rank, we have to say, although we are producing a little bit more than China, we still have the world's second-largest Chinese production with about 50,000 tons of Chinese containers, and countries like Japan, Britain and Germany, which once The industry was pioneering, given the high energy and expensive salaries it has, the production has reach in dilemmas.
